FROM THE DRAWING TO PATTERN
This pattern originates from an original drawing by Helga Kovács. Through the process of textile printing, the artwork is translated into textile while preserving the movement, rhythm, and character of the original composition.
“Whirl” is an exploration of movement, rhythm, and flow. Drawn by hand with a white pen, its swirling black-and-white lines create a sense of continuous motion, echoing the energy of water, wind, and natural currents.
Reimagined in textile form, the artwork enters a new material dimension, where drawing, textile, and garment become one.
LIMITED EDITION ARTISANAL KIMONO

Crafted from premium matte Armani satin, this kimono embodies a balance of refined elegance and contemporary craftsmanship. Made from 100% polyester, the fabric offers a soft drape, a smooth hand feel, and a sophisticated matte finish.
The kimono measures 122 cm in length and is finished with a 3 cm trim along the collar and cuffs. Each piece is accompanied by a matching obi belt, available in either a 5 cm or 10 cm width, and offered in 230 cm or 260 cm lengths.
Every RONKA kimono is handmade in Hungary and produced exclusively to order. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production from the date of purchase.
This edition is limited to 20 pieces, in addition to a small number of Artist Proofs (AP). Each kimono is accompanied by a hand-signed and numbered certificate of authenticity issued by the artist.
